Everything your website needs, in one team.
A website is not finished the day it is bought. Rawat Web is the maintenance team that takes yours over: secured, sped up, and filled with content so it stays alive and genuinely works for your business.
Status: Safe

Bought once, then left alone.
Many business websites are built and then dropped the moment the project ends. Small problems pile up into big ones, and you only feel it when the website errors, gets hacked, or disappears from search.
The agency that built it has closed, vanished, or no longer replies. When the website breaks, there is nobody to call.
WordPress, plugins, and themes are rarely updated. That gap is how attackers most often get in.
Visitors wait, then close the page. Google rankings fall too, because speed is part of the score.
Months without fresh content. The website looks abandoned and is found by fewer potential customers.
A website is not a one-off product. As long as it is used for business it needs security updates, backups, repairs, and new content. After the project ends, what usually goes missing is not the technology but who is responsible for looking after it.
Six care areas, one responsible team.
This is what we do every month, from the technical side to your website content.
Maintenance & Security
Routine updates, malware cleanup, and daily monitoring so the website stays safe and reachable.
Backup & Recovery
Scheduled backups to separate storage, ready to restore the moment something breaks or disappears.
Content Management
The website stays alive: product updates, news, and SEO articles published every month.
Performance Optimisation
Cutting load time and fixing Core Web Vitals, on phones and desktops alike.
Technical SEO & Redesign
Tidying up technical SEO and refreshing the design without rebuilding from scratch.
Support & Reporting
A number you can reach when something breaks, plus a monthly report you can actually read.
Choose the care that fits your scale.
Prices are listed as they are. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

Choose StarterOur most chosen plan. Full care for a website that brings in leads and sales.
Choose GrowthFor companies that need a standing technical team, monthly reporting, and a priority queue when something breaks.
Choose BusinessFor online stores, multi-site setups, or special needs with tight SLAs.
Choose EnterpriseWhite-Label Maintenance Partner
You focus on the relationship and the sale; we handle the technical maintenance work under your brand.
- You sell the retainer to the client, we execute
- Reports and communication use your name
- Partner pricing and SLAs
- Able to handle many websites at once
Maintaining dozens of client websites is volume work. With one specialist partner the cost per website is far more efficient than building an in-house team, and you remain the one talking directly to the client.
We work behind the scenes under your name and your process. For the client there is still only one party at the table: you.
Four steps, no fuss.
You do not need to understand the technical side. Hand the website over and we handle the rest.
Audit
We check the security, speed, backup, and technical SEO of your website.
Takeover
Access is taken over safely, problems are tidied up, monitoring is installed.
Routine care
Updates, backup, security scanning, optimisation, and content management run on schedule.
Report & optimise
Every month you receive a report and recommendations for the next fix.

Questions we hear most.
Yes — that is in fact the work we handle most often. We start by tracing which accesses still work, review the technical condition, then tidy up what needs fixing. If you do not know who built it, or you have lost access to the panel, just say so. That part can usually still be sorted out.
No. You just tell us on WhatsApp when something bothers you, and we take care of the rest. Every month you receive a report in everyday language: what was done and what needs attention.
A website health report: uptime status, the list of updates applied, backup condition, security scan results, and a summary of content work. Enough to know your website is genuinely maintained, without needing the technical terms.
It depends on the plan. Growth guarantees a response within 8 business hours; Business within 4 hours and in the priority queue. For issues outside business hours on the Growth plan, handling continues on the next business day. If you need a faster guarantee, choose Business or the Audit & Recovery service.
Our main focus is WordPress and WooCommerce. For other platforms, send us the address first. We will see whether we can handle it well, and we will say so plainly if we cannot.
Request the free audit. Enter your website address, we check it, then send a short summary of findings along with the plan we think fits best. If your website does not need monthly care yet, we will tell you that too.
There is no annual contract. The service runs monthly and can be stopped with short notice. If you stop, we hand over all access and data copies to you.
The plan price stays fixed as long as the scope does not change. If you later need a wider scope, we tell you the difference first and you decide. No charge ever appears without your approval.
Usually because the scope is narrower or a contract applies. Cheap plans on the market typically cover only plugin updates and monthly backups, with a 6 to 12 month commitment, and extra charges only appear when the website has a problem. In the Starter plan, off-site backup, uptime monitoring, security scanning, and monthly reporting are already included, with no annual contract. So when comparing, compare scope and terms, not just the number.
No. Hosting and domain remain yours and stay in your name, because we do not sell hosting and take no margin from it. If they need renewing, moving, or tidying up, we help through the Hosting & Domain Migration service and tell you the cost first.
Yes. We have a white-label programme: you stay in front of the client, we do the technical maintenance under your name. Tell us how many websites need care and we will work out the pricing scheme.
Before deciding anything, know the condition of your website.
The audit is free. We send a short summary of findings and recommendations; you decide whether to continue.
